Our head office is in London, Ontario, and aircraft AV-BASE currently provides WinAir software to over 250 operators (fixed and rotary-wing).
WinAir is widely recognized as the easiest-to-use system, and its scope and capability satisfies users at all levels. Its success is due to our dedication to both the product and clients, as we offer frequent improvements and new features in response to feedback from our customers.
Reporting to Manager, Client Services, the position involves both our and your commitment to continuous learning and development, as well as your ongoing commitment to serve in various roles and responsibilities as you progress towards the diversity and success of this role’s ultimate purpose.
Our end goal is that you become a certified member of our “Product Specialists’ Resource Group”. This is a critical team of product/software Subject Matter Experts, with the capability and cross-functionality to support various teams and initiatives throughout our business lifecycle. You will be seen as a valuable resource in areas such a Technical Support, Training, and Aircraft Services.
The role/path requires much technical learning (WinAir’s in-house Certifications’ Program), as well as much time spent in various roles/teams getting to know our software, our clients, our business, and our processes. With that, our roles typically begin within our Technical Support team, then in due course working towards becoming more involved in Training, and our other client service groups.
As you develop within the role, your ongoing commitment to life-long learning is paramount, and where both the company, and your own self-drive and initiative will make you successful and passionate about what you, and what we do.
This role’s progression path varies based on your aptitude, ability and drive, as well as our business demand and role availability under each expertise area of the Product Specialist portfolio.

- Post-secondary education with a software/technical background would be considered an asset
- Aviation experience/knowledge a plus, as is fluency in other languages
